Do I Tip My Massage Therapist?This is absolutely up to you. It is never expected that a tip will be left for your therapist. Commonly tips are left in spa settings as the Massage Therapist is likely working alongside aestheticians. However, Massage Therapists are covered by the same regulations as Physicians, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists who do not traditionally receive tips.

Do You Offer Direct Billing?Yes. I offer Direct Billing to most insurance companies. If I cannot Direct Bill to your insurance company I will provide a receipt for you to submit.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?Any cancellations with less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee. Cancellations within 3 hours or for a missed appointment will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

What is Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage?Ashiatsu Massage is a type of massage therapy where the therapist uses the feet in place of the hands. To learn more check out the Ashiatsu Tap in the menu.

Can I Use My Benefits For Ashiatsu Treatments?Absolutely. Ashaitsu Massage Therapy is covered under the Scope of Practice of a Registered Massage Therapist and as such can be billed as a Registered Massage Therapy service.

Do You Need Special Training for Ashiatsu Massage?Yes. Ashiatsu Massage requires special courses and training to become cerified. I became certified in Ashiatsu Barefoot massage though the Canadian Institute of Ashiatsu Massage in 2022.
