Cancellation Policy 

Although I understand that things come up and life happens a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee. Cancellations within 3 hours or for a missed appointment will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
